Our crew comes into the apartment or office, disassembles what needs disassembling, protects floors and doorways on the way out, and loads everything into the truck. Walk-ups, tight stairwells, and freight elevator windows are all part of the job.

What Happens to Your Junk

We give anything still usable a second life when possible. We sort loads for recycling and route furniture, appliances, and household goods to local donation partners. If you would rather donate directly, we can give you a list of charities in the city that accept gently used items, and we can drop things off on your behalf as part of the haul.

The rest goes to appropriate disposal facilities. Nothing gets left on a sidewalk to become someone else’s problem or your building’s violation.

We hold same-day and next-day pickup windows for the jobs that cannot wait, whether that is a closing date, a landlord walkthrough, or a contractor arriving Monday. Weekend and after-hours slots are available for buildings that restrict daytime access.

How Junk Removal Pricing Works

Cost depends on volume, how much labor the job requires, and the types of items involved. A few pieces of furniture from a ground-floor apartment is a different job from a full four-bedroom clear-out on the fourth floor of a walk-up. Appliances and mattresses carry disposal fees set by the facilities that accept them.

We assess the job on site or over the phone, then give you an itemized quote before any work starts. If the scope changes once we are there, we tell you before we load anything extra.
